Please read these general conditions of sale carefully. Accepting quotes or making a purchase presupposes full knowledge and acceptance.<\/p>\n

Company Identification: Electrosertec – Electr\u00f3nica e Servi\u00e7os T\u00e9cnicos. Lda. NIF 502478519, hereinafter referred to as \u2018Sertec\u2019.<\/p>\n

1 \u2013 Pedido de Or\u00e7amento<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Quote requests can be made via online form, e-mail, telephone or letter, and will be answered on a first-come, first-served basis.
\u2022 Quotations are sent by e-mail or letter, depending on the means used for the Purchase Order or by the means indicated by the Costumer.<\/p>\n

2 \u2013 Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Orders can be placed online or by e-mail, telephone, or letter.
\u2022 Orders are confirmed by e-mail with a description of the products ordered and an estimated delivery time. In the event of a stock shortage, the costumer is informed of the deadline for restocking and can decide to keep or cancel the order.
\u2022 The delivery address must be accompanied by a contact telephone number to ensure an alternative means of communication with the costumer.
\u2022 Deliveries not made by the carrier due to the customer’s absence or incorrect address may be subject to an additional charge for reshipment, depending on each carrier’s policy.
\u2022Products are delivered with the Delivery Note and\/or Invoice.<\/p>\n

\u20283 \u2013 Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n

Online orders are always paid in advance using the payment methods available in the online shop. Orders placed by other means are paid in cash or according to previously negotiated conditions.<\/p>\n

Existing payment methods: APT at our premisses, cash at our premises, bank transfer, cheque, PayPal, or MBWay.<\/p>\n

\u2028\u20284 – Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery.
\u2022 Any return must be notified in advance by e-mail, telephone or letter, stating the reason for the return.<\/p>\n

At the time of return, the costumer must check that the product:
\u2022 is packed in its original packaging
\u2022 the original packaging in intact
\u2022 shows no signs of use
\u2022 is complete
\u2022 a copy of the sales document is included<\/p>\n

Returns will not be accepted for products that:
\u2022 do not fulfil the criteria described above.
\u2022 have been abused: used beyond their limit, disassembled.
\u2022are sent in collect delivery and\/or without a return code.<\/p>\n

Postage costs will not be refunded.
\u2022 The cost of shipping to our premisses is the responsability of the costumer.<\/p>\n

5 – Exports<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 All products are available for export, subject to the distributio restrictions imposed by the manufacturer.
\u2022 According to current legislation, all customers outside the European area are not subject to VAT. In all such cases, VAT will be deducted from the products ordered.<\/p>\n

\u20286 – Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 All products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufactiring defects; products that show evidence of having been musused are not covered by the guarantee.
\u2022 The guarantee does not cover shipping costs.
